Moreover, those who love walking and taking photos can use the mountain-bikes that are available or follow the paths along the oasis.Stefano and his family cultivate the 60 hectares of ground with cereals, vines and olives by using biological manure and/or dung, without employing antiparasitic and anticryptogamic fertilizers.They put so much love and attention in cultivating that our body, by eating, gets the greatest vitality, that our eyes feed on the green colour of the oil just squeezed, on the gold of cereals and on the red of wine. They want their products to carry the scent of the fertile land that gives them to us every year, so that our palate can savour their real and full taste.With organized samplings, Stefano will let you taste his cold-squeezed extravergine olive oil and his wine - red and white.
Furthermore, depending on the period of the year, the kitchen garden gives us lattuce, tomatoes, courgettes, peppers, aubergines... while chickens give us their eggs.
